The Consent Decree is a mutually agreed upon document between the U.S Department of Justice, The Virgin Islands Attorney General's Office and the Virgin Islands Police Department.
This agreement promotes police integrity, and prevents conduct that deprives a person of rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution of the United States of America.
