Police Investigate Fatal Shooting

Police on St. Croix are investigating the murder of 23-year-old Christian Harley who was killed by gunfire minutes before midnight Tuesday, December 28.
Police were dispatched to Prince Street, Christiansted to investigate a call of shots fired. When they arrived in the area, they encountered a male, later identified by family members as Harley, lying in the street with several gunshot wounds to his body. Emergency Medical Technicians arrived at the scene and transported the victim to the Governor Juan F Luis Hospital where he later died from his wounds.
Major Crime and Investigation Bureau detectives are actively investigating this case and urge the public to inform the police if they know anything about this case.
