Three Suspects Arrested on St. John

Police on St. John patrolling Cruz Bay arrested three suspects on charges including drug possession and Aggravated Assault and Battery on a police officer. The arrests were made shortly after midnight Thursday, December 30.
According to the preliminary police reports, Joshua Germaine, 28, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to distribute after officers found him with a dime bag of marijuana. Irvin and Kasiem Marsh, both 20-years-old, were charged with Delaying and Obstructing an Officer Discharging his Duties and Resisting Arrest for interfering with the officers who were making the arrests. Irvin Marsh was also charged with Aggravated Assault and Battery for pushing an officer.
Bail for all suspects was set at $12,000 combined and they were remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
