St. Croix Man Arrested on Warrant for Domestic Destruction of Property

ST. CROIX, USVI – On November 13 at roughly 8:07 a.m., Rupert Campbell, Jr., age 36 of Peter’s Rest, was arrested on a warrant. He was charged with Destruction of Property, Domestic Violence.

Campbell was observed on video surveillance in the parking lot of the Juan Luis Hospital, puncturing the tires of a vehicle owned by his former intimate partner, on September 17.
Campbell was not offered bail as per the territory’s domestic violence statutes. He was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
