ST. CROIX, USVI – The VIPD is asking for the community’s assistance in locating 36-year-old Jediah Lockhart, wanted for Attempted Murder, 1st Degree Rape, and 3rd Degree Burglary. Lockhart - Black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 139 pounds, black hair and brown eyes, and dark complexion - is known to frequent the Castle Burke and Catherine’s Rest areas; Klub Karma and Tipsy Iguana establishments.
