Christiansted, St. Croix - The Virgin Islands Police Department Criminal Investigation Bureau Major Crime Unit has secured arrest warrants for Joshawn Ayala and Anthony Schneider for the murder of Stacy Schjang on January 21, 2022, and Arnold Jarvis on February 4, 2022.

Both men are believed to be on the mainland.

Joshawn Ayala is 20 years old, he is a light complexioned Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes, weighting about 113 lbs. Ayala is 5 ft 7 in tall, and resides in Bonne Esperance, St. Croix.

Anthony Schneider is 31 years old, light complexioned Hispanic male, approximately 5’7" in height, weighting about 115 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Schneider's left arm is deformed from gun shot injuries.

Both men are maternal cousins and are known to frequent Atlanta, Georgia and Tampa, Florida when on the mainland.
