St. Thomas, USVI - On Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at approximately 11:30 a.m., the Criminal Investigation Bureau arrested Mr. Joseph Fenton regarding an investigation of an assault case.

On September 1, 2022, at Crown Mountain Water, Mr. Fenton struck the victim twice in the face causing injuries during what seemed to have been a misunderstanding.

Mr. Joseph Fenton, 39-years-old, was arrested for Assault Third and Disturbance of the Peace, with bail set at $25,000.00. He was unable to post bail and turned over to the Bureau of Corrections pending Advice of Rights.
