Frederiksted, St. Croix – On Friday, March 17, 2023, members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau executed an arrest warrant on Mr. Alexis Eugene while at his residence. An arrest warrant was obtained from the superior court after Mr. Eugene assaulted an elderly woman with a glass bottle breaking three fingers of her hand on January 23, 2023.

Mr. Eugene 34-years-old was arrested and charged for Assault Third, Aggravated Assault and Disturbance of the Peace. John Bell Adult Correctional Facility.

He was advised of his Miranda Rights, booked; unable to post the $25,000 bail, he was transported to the Golden Grove Adult Correctional Facility where he was remanded pending his Advice of Rights Hearing on Monday March 20, 2023, at the Superior Court.
