St. Thomas, USVI - On Friday, August 11, 2023, at approximately 3:44 pm, the Emergency 911 Call Center received a call of an unresponsive male in the area of the garbage dumpsters in Bolongo.

VIPD officers were dispatched and found the unresponsive black male who appeared to have sustained gunshots to his body.

During further investigation, surveillance footage was obtained of a person of interest in the matter. We are seeking the assistance of the public to help us identify that individual (view video below):
