St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands - On Thursday, September 28, 2023, at approximately 1:15 a.m., the Virgin Islands Police Department and Criminal Investigation Bureau responded to a gunshot victim at the Schneider Regional Medical Center. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds but opted not to provide a statement to investigators.
