U.S. Virgin Islands - The Virgin Islands Police Department, St. Thomas District will be hosting the graduation ceremony for Peace Officer Recruit Training Class 2023-1 on Monday, October 2, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Elridge Wilburn Blake Sports and Fitness Center.

There will be nineteen graduates taking on their duties in various law enforcement agencies as follows:
