U.S. Virgin Islands – The Virgin Islands Police Department along with The Mall of St. Croix, West Indian Company (WICO), Fire and Emergency Medical Services, Department of Health, Cost U Less, Plaza Extra, and Karibbean Kuts will be hosting the Second Annual Trunk or Treat Halloween event.

The Trunk or Treat event on St. Croix will be held on Saturday, October 28th at The Mall of St. Croix (formerly K-mart-West) parking lot and Sunday, October 29th on St. Thomas at the West Indian Company Dock (adjacent to Pier 22).

Both events will be from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
