St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Monday, October 16, 2023 at 7:50 a.m., it was reported that there was sighting of the body of a black male floating in the water in the area of the promenade on Veteran’s Drive.
Currently, identification of the male by next of kin is pending.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
