U.S. Virgin Islands – The Virgin Islands Police Department informs the community that the Trunk or Treat Halloween events on St. Croix and St. Thomas are postponed due to expected inclement weather. The Trunk or Treat for both islands will now be held simultaneously on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; on St. Croix at The Mall of St. Croix (formerly K-Mart West parking lot) and on St. Thomas at The West Indian Company Limited (WICO).

We are excited to see all the fun costumes and to create a memorable experience for all Trunk or Treaters. Thank you to all our participants and sponsors for their hard work.
