U.S. Virgin Islands – The Virgin Islands Police Department would like to thank all sponsors, participants and Trunk or Treaters for a successful Second Annual Trunk or Treat Halloween event which was held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at The Mall of St. Croix on St. Croix and The West Indian Company Limited on St. Thomas. This year’s Trunk or Treat was filled with amazing Halloween themed trunks, costumes, and great entertainment for families.
