St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – The Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) wishes to inform the St. Croix community that there will be parking restrictions for the upcoming Veterans Day Parade which will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023. The parade route will now take place in Frederiksted Town from the Post Office due to the current road conditions in Christiansted Town. Parking restrictions for the Veterans Day Parade in Fredriksted are as follows:

• NO PARKING on King Street from Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) to the corner of Emancipation Drive (Marley Corner) and King Street.
• NO PARKING from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Parking restrictions will be enforced from 7:00 a.m. Any vehicles parked in the restricted areas will be towed.
