St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – At approximately 9:55 p.m., on Monday, November 27, 2023, the Patrol Division and Criminal Investigation Bureau on St. Thomas were requested to travel to the Roy Schneider Hospital regarding an assault.

The victim told detectives that she was parking her vehicle at her home when a masked individual with a gun approached her and started to fire multiple shots at her. She sustained multiple bullet wounds to her body.
